I started offering Treasure photo sessions to celebrate the four-legged loves in our lives. While these little family members aren’t always physically here with us as long as we would like, I hope that the moments and memories captured during these special photo sessions are something to treasure for many MANY years to come. Whether you are celebrating a new furbaby addition to your family, a milestone birthday filled with treats and tail wagging, or you just want to celebrate the years of love shared and gray hairs grown, Treasure photo sessions are something you can always hold close to your heart.
I had the absolute honor and privilege of photographing Ms. Mandy and her human at their house in Dayton. This little lady just celebrated her 17th birthday in July! What better way to celebrate than with a Treasure photoshoot!?
When I arrived, she was dressed to the nines in her pink and white polka dot dress. It was a lovely day as the sun poked through the clouds. Mandy took her time exploring the yard and getting all her sniffs in. She walked the sidewalk as if it were a catwalk (wait… dog-walk? Catwalk for dogs? You get the idea). She may not be as mobile as she used to be, but she surprised us both with her bursts of energy. I am so happy her human asked me to visit and capture Mandy just being her sassy, sweet self. The bond between these two is something special, built on years of love.
